Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a replacement or full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS FOR MOBILE COVERS & CASES
All returns must be claimed within seven (7) days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and protective films unpeeled(if any). If you received a damaged or defective product, please send us the photos by E-Mail or Whatsapp for a better resolution.
- Used products are NOT returnable. Peeling off the protective film or customer-induced damage voids the return policy
- Basic wear & tear is normal once the product is regularly used.
- Customized Cases are not returnable. Although with a few exceptions like receiving product with manufacturing defect, can be exchanged.
RETURNS FOR TEMPERED GLASS
We don’t provide returns or exchanges for Tempered Glass or any kind of Screen Protectors. However, if you receive damaged products, we will be glad to exchange them for you if valid proof of unboxing is provided.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us at +91 9354142145. After we receive your request, a reverse pickup will be arranged from your Shipping Address.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your account statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
