Refunds & Exchange Policy
At Carefone, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as expected, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, except for products purchased during Flash Sales, Clearance Sales, or Final Sale offers, which are covered under the separate sale-product policy below.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice or order details.
Refunds & Exchanges
Customers can request a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment source.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed to the UPI ID provided by the customer.
Refunds are generally processed after the returned product has been received at our warehouse and inspected by our team.
Pickup for returned products will only be arranged if the product is in sellable condition with original packaging and accessories intact. If pickup service is not available at your address, you will need to ship the parcel to us at your own expense.
Products Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange
The following products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

Customised or personalised mobile cases

Tempered glass screen protectors

Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not in their original packaging
Customised cases are made specially for each customer, and tempered glass products cannot be resold once delivered due to hygiene and handling reasons.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review the request and offer a suitable resolution.
Flash Sale & Clearance Sale Products
Products purchased during Flash Sales, Clearance Sales, Final Sale offers, or any heavily discounted promotional sale are not eligible for return or refund. "Final Sale" will be mentioned on the product page below the Add to Cart button.
These products can only be exchanged if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect, or
- The wrong model/product was delivered.
To request an exchange for a Flash Sale or Clearance Sale product, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with their order details and clear photos/videos of the issue. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
No refunds will be issued for Flash Sale, Clearance Sale, or Final Sale products. If the same product/model is unavailable for exchange, Carefone may offer an alternate product or store credit at its discretion.
Important Notes
Carefone reserves the right to approve or reject any refund or exchange request after inspecting the product and verifying the issue.
Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
